Key Visa Co Ltd provides advisory and administrative support services in relation to visa applications. This includes guidance on documentation, application preparation, and submission support based on our knowledge and experience of current visa processes.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
Key Visa Co Ltd does not have any authority, control, or influence over the decision-making process of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. All visa applications are assessed and decided solely at the discretion of the relevant Embassy, Consulate or immigration office.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved.
3. Decision-Making Authority
All decisions regarding visa approvals, refusals, processing times, and additional requirements are made exclusively by the relevant issuing authority. These decisions may vary between locations and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Key Visa Co Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any visa refusal, delay, request for additional documentation, or change in requirements imposed by the relevant authority. We are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of a visa being refused, delayed, or granted with conditions.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. Any omission, misrepresentation, or failure to meet requirements may result in delays or refusal, for which Key Visa Co Ltd accepts no responsibility.
6. Fees and Refund Policy
All fees paid to Key Visa Co Ltd are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of refusal, delay, or withdrawal.
7. Acknowledgement
By engaging our services, you confirm that you understand and accept that visa approval is not guaranteed and that all decisions are made solely by the relevant Thai Embassy or Consulate.
