DIY visa run from Pattaya to Cambodia – Drive to Cambodia from Pattaya
This is the basic information you will require to drive from Pattaya to the Thai border Cambodia border crossing.
I did the journey to Ban Pakard from Pattaya using Garmin Sat Nav which had the Thailand StreeMap V11.1 NT installed. All of the roads were on the map and I reached the border with no trouble and within 3 hours.

- Walk over the bridge about 150 meters on the right hand side you will see a building (wooden hut) with the signs “Tourist Visa”, “Entry”, “Exit”. Go to the “Tourist Visa” window (second window) and get a Cambodia tourist visa which at the time of writing this cost 1000 baht.
